Agency employment

Providing workers with permanent or long-term employments. Agency and ordering party (your company), both together, are providing equal payroll and working conditions with your own employees. Employer controls, organises and managing the job done by temporary employees. The agency is dealing with all administration, personal and payroll agenda connected with employments. Above all the agency is providing adequate support. We are searching and hiring the number of the employees according to your needs. We close the contract. We keep the personal and payroll agenda during the temporary working assignment. We close the contract at the moment you request it.

Temporary help(er)

Searching and providing seasonal workers, part-time jobs. The hiring working qualified forces for 1 year or longer, where your company is not solving lengthy hiring process, but is only sending the employees order to our agency. The order contains the number of employees, expertise, language knowledge etc. according to your needs. The agency is taking over all personal agenda and duties towards employees according to the law. You are not solving backup of employees in case of illness, vacations, dismisses etc. anymore.

Employees hiring

We provide the arrangement to the permanent or long-term employees contracts. We prefer personal way of working with clients as well with workers as we think that both sides are equally important. To understand the new clients needs makes easier our hiring process afterwards. So, we meet the needs of the client. Such hired employers fit and can find the long-term working opportunity. In the personalist area we are offering complex services, which we strengthen by the cooperation with DANAVIA, s.r.o. company. In this form we are bringing to the run of our agency further, eight-year experience, which is appreciated by applicants as well by our clients.

Service for employees

We are providing the long-term working contract, temporary contracts as well seasonal contracts. We provide jobs in CZ also for the applicants coming from 3rd countries! We provide accommodation.

Applicants coming outside EU have different (system) possibilities of legal entries the Czech working market as well specifics in their needs and rights. 99% of these rights or needs we know, and we can fulfil them accordingly.

Registration requirements and cooperation with applicants:

  1. Free of charge registration is possible by personal visit of our office or via www.matconsulting.eu
  2. If you are interested in any advertisement of our agency, please contact us for the personal visit with any of our HR consultants (see contacts).
  3. If you are, according to your CV, suitable candidate for any of our announced position, you will be invited for the interview immediately. If not, we will contact you as soon as the suitable position appears.
  4. Your CV will be resent to the company which is offering the position.
  5. In case of the company interest, we will arrange the interview there.
  6. In case of successful interview, you will discuss the details further and agree further on the possible start.

Registration steps and cooperation with the temporary job applicants:
  1. As a temporary job applicant, you can register, free of charge, via www.matconsulting.eu or personally in our office.
  2. During registration you will be asked for your ID/or Passport and valid cell number to be contacted on.
  3. Registration via phone could be done every day 9:00-18:00, Fridays 9:00-17:00.
  4. After registration process your data are stored in the applicant database and you are continuously contacted by us (by phone, SMS or e-mail) with the suitable job position right for you.
  5. We recommend the proactive approach, in case of interest contact us on regular bases.

The Leader employee in the logistics

We are offering an interesting, creative, and self-education position of the deputy logistic manager and/or in the food processing industry. You will be part of the young team, background of the czech company in the centre of Prague. We offer company cell phone usage, possibly notebook and car.

We are searching for workers with the time flexibility, self-dependant, responsible and hard-working. The advantage is the specialized education (varnishing). More important is the experience in the field of powder varnishing activities and with packaging machines. We welcome language knowledge.
